Lemon yuzu curd, lemon yuzu ganache and marmalade.

Shio Kombu Caramel

Hokkaido soy sauce-salted kelp namelaka dipped in 70% dark ganache. Caramel with orange zest centre and brownie. A salty-sweet dessert.

Chocolate

Chocolate moelleux, 70% chocolate whip, 70% chocolate ganache and chocolate tuile.

Biscoff Coffee

Biscoff sponge and coffee ganache, thin layer of pecan coffee praline and creamy biscoff panna cotta.

Lychee Rose

Almond cream, rose pastry cream and juicy lychees.

Matcha Matcha

Salted Macadamia praline, matcha ganache, matcha mousse, vanilla chantilly and yuzu peel. Using ceremonial matcha in both ganache and mousse.

Taro chunks, qq taro ball and taro chantilly, salted macadamia praline.
